Please read the following before booking an appointment. When scheduling an appointment you are agreeing to the following:

Cancellations and Late Arrivals: 

We understand that life happens, you or someone you care for gets sick, your work schedule changes, you get a flat tire, and you may need to cancel the day of your appointment. We are human beings too and things happen! Please, if you are sick stay home! We do not enforce a cancellation fee here at Hearten, although we ask that you cancel your appointment as soon as you know you cannot make it. Please give us 24 hours if you can so that we may off your appointment to someone on our waitlist. They will appreciate you and so will we!

Guests arriving 15 minutes late for an appointment may be subject to rescheduling at the stylist’s discretion.

Cancellations may be made through the booking system or email.

No shows are a No-No! See Below.

No Shows:

No Shows will be charged 100% of the service missed and payment is required prior to booking you next appointment. No exceptions!

Service Redo and Return Policy:

We strive to offer our guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your hair, please let us know within 7 days of your visit and we will make necessary adjustments free of charge.

Retail Exchanges:

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days for a full retail credit or exchange.

*Hearten Hairdressing reserves the right to refuse service to any client for improper conduct, tardiness, no shows, or any other situation we deem inappropriate.
